This McDonald?s is the worst! The menu screen is broken when ordering! Not to mention you can see how filthy it was. Trash... along the drive up, and trash bag along the side. The fillet a fish was horrible? 1/2 piece of cheese, 1/2 slice of fish, dashesof sauces. The extra crispy chicken sandwich was extra hard and burnt like it was cooked several times, had to throw itout. Fries were hard, they use to be the best! We will never go back again. I just got back home and noticed that my order was incomplete. I waited in line for almost an hour, it was so busy. So, when I... called and asked for a refund they had me speak to three different employees and they told me I had to go back in person to getmy musding items. I asked again for a refund since I was back home. They said they couldn't do that that they had to have me goin person with my receipt. they DID NOT give me a receipt. When I said this they repeated I couldn't get my refund and then theyhung up. I tried calling back threw times and no one picked up. So rude. I will not be going back. Read more
It took one bite to know this was not a Filet-O-Fish. I just got off work and was so happy to buy my favorite hamburger. I take... a bite and it?s cold? the bread and fish felt burned and hard? it taste nothing like it should. I decided to open it, and wasso surprised to find out that this had only 1/2 of a cheese square, 1/2 of a fish filet, and has just a smear of my favoritesauce. I have attached a picture of what YOU McD claim to sale and the reality of what this place offers. I also asked for asoda and the soda tasted nothing like a normal soda would.
