Ordered Wednesday 8/25/22 @ 4pm (ETA was 27-37 minutes) and pizza arrived at 4:30pm. It's aways easy to order online, pizza was... hot when it arrived and drinks were cold! Our delivery driver did a great job. The pepperoncini were light on one pizza, someslices didn't have pepperoncinis on them at all. All the other pizzas looked great though. Read more

Pizza hut used to be one if the best pizzas out there. They just did it well. Now I feel as they dropped the ball. The pizzas... are half baked delivered, still raw from the inside. The temperature are luke warm and on top of it all, the employees.Recently, I went to get my online orders, the breadsticks weren't even ready, they almost forgot it was part of the order. I WASgoing to paid in cash, and I had $20 plus 4x $5dollars and .25 cents. That's a total of $40.25. My total was $31.19 and Iaccidentally said here's $35.25. The employee wasn't even paying attention and he was struggling with basic math. Because myreturn was going to be. $9.04. I saw that the employee opens the register put the $20 first then confused looks at the 4x$5 andsays you only gave me a $20.25. Your total is $31.19. I replied with No I included $20 dollar bill as well! He accused me that Inever gave him nothing and there were two other clients behind me, so I didn't wanted to cause a scene and neither do I want tohold the line. So I paid with my card instead. The manager never came out or did the employee told the manager about thesituation. I know they have cameras and I already contacted customer service representatives. And nothing. I literally had $20stolen in front of me and what does Pizza Hut do? They hired incompetent people who can't do basic math! Just this Friday, the 16th of April 2021, I ordered online but was unsure if it would go in properly so I called the store, to... confirm. An employee, by the name of Frankie, was super courteous and patient with me. He was even considerate enough to go makethe pizza himself and helped clarify my online lack of technology. The Large, Super Supreme, Pan Pizza, was great and just as Iordered it. Kudos for you Frank, for going out of your way for a dinosaur customer!!! Read more
