This Popeyes regularly has issues with getting orders correct, and they need to be handed the entire order back because... apparently I just like to "lie" about my order being wrong lol. Usually missing one or two things from order. Also sometimes thechicken is either overcooked or undercooked. Definitely a popeyes to avoid, go to highland, usually doesn't have all theproblems. We waited in line for a long time then when we finally got ready to order the person on the speaker says cash only. Well I had... cash but what if I didn't which I usually don't I would have waited over 30 minutes for nothing. So they got my order wrong there's no signs saying cash only or anything .... Before ordering I waited along time. Order taken, she said do you want spicy or regular. She then says I dont have any spicy... chicken strips, the person taking order didn't know English. She said go parts I said ehat she say go parts again I said whatyou say I she then opted to parking lot. There was no parking spaces. I asked here wete she said anywhere. We waited for them to help us,my personal opinion they need coordination to assist the front. Bathroom only 1 was good males... Female was out of service ????. To clean your hands ?? they have out side a small sink but nothing to dryer out of paper.Overall need more attention..food was good ???? that takes the sour of all .thanks for the cook other back also he was singingnice. Went to this location yesterday 3/27/22 at about 10:40 am. I arrived home only to find a massive piece of hair protruding out of... my sandwich. The hair was completely entwined with the pickles in my sandwich. Completely disgusting and disappointed. It isobvious that hair nets/ sanitation is not the primary concern with this location. The light sign said DRIVE THROUGH OPEN and it was on. The location said closed at 10:30 same on Google. Got there at 10:00 I... waited for 10 minutes and there was another car in front of me, and nobody took my order or the car in front, got to the windowthe workers were there just laughing, they didn't even get closer to the window to say they were closed or something as you cansee in the picture... Literally the worst drive thru wait times and rude staff ever! Over 25 mins with two cars in front parked waiting for someone to... take the orders and nobody inside? According to other reviews nobody here wants to work despite being on the clock!
