Customer service is rude, unfriendly and slow. My complaint regarding customer service is mostly related to one person who... appears to be a manager. She is snotty & rude and this has been my experience every time I?ve been there! She also messed up myorder and refused to fix it because she said it was my fault not Hers and she conveys this all in a snotty tone in front ofother customer like she?s scolding you. Then she imposes all these restrictions on coupons. For example I was placing and orderfor myself and then another separate for someone else and she told me I could not use a coupon for each order only my own.
