This was my first time coming to this place I came here yesterday 11/11/22 at 8:30pm I had never in my life have been treated... this bad the lady that was working there Was so rude she was like are you guys ready I don?t have all day to wait what we we?relooking at the menu she was like you read otherwise I?m taking someone else I said you can get someone else then my mother wasready to order she told here the donuts she wanted and my mom wanted a coffee my mom told here can I have milk with an attitudewas like what kind of milk hurry up what are you serious my mom was then preparing here coffee she told my mom you better cleanup your mess I?m not here to clean up nothing then she told me as well you clean up after you leave she told us our total witchwas $40 dollars another customer came she said I?m talking him I was still was waiting for a drink she said it takes to long Ihave to take the other person are you serious right now then she told us to move because we were in the way she could not chargethe other person I was here first once I just got mad I told here what what here probably and I wanted here name to report hereshe said I?m not going to give you my name it?s none of your Business I then told here is there a manger here she said theydon?t care what kind of Business is this she was so lucky I was with my kids and my mom was there to calm me down I will not becoming back here ever again Read more
Wow I been craving these donuts I go and get the worst service of my life I used to work at the SDG&E branch office and the lady... didn't seem like she wanted to help me so some young dude take over and they exchange Spanish word and she walks off and I'mlimit seems like she don't want to help me he like what do you want what else and just ride like he was mad like I did somethingso I just walked out it was completely unprofessional and they was way too comfortable with how they treated someone who didabsolutely nothing did I feel welcomed as a black women ABDOLUTELY NOT will I be returning never again!!! the eye Rollin was waytoo much for me to give up one dollar Read more
Ordered egg and cheese sandwich. Received ham and cheese. Had to explain its a religious issue, I don?t eat ham. She takes it... back, clearly takes the ham off in the back room. Then she tries to give me the SAME sandwich. Never coming back. Discourteoustowards others beliefs. Seemed like a nice spot, needed a quick bite. Not the place to go. Read more
Staff is always friendly,prices are always reasonable, and the donuts are the BEST!! It's the only donut shop that I know of... that makes the world's best Buttermilk Glaze donut.... No exaggeration I give them 10 stars just for the donut... Read more
Got 6 dozen donuts, and 120 donut holes. It was a lot but for an important occasion. The man who helped us was very gracious... about working with us and such a large order. We didn't feel stressed or pressured to hurry up even though soon after we arrivedit became very busy. To be fair, there was no other customers before we arrived, so he initially was relaxed. I was extremely pleased coming in this Winchell's Jose help me out dream Lee well I am well pleased with this fact and customer... service I spent 55.77. Jose stop what he's doing to serve me and was very helpful and really light and help extremely I spent$55.17 for a box of donuts donut holes and and three orange juices is fresh-squeezed that is... well yeah yeah kudos???????????? to Jose excellent job.. This place definitely has the best donuts around. They also offer beagles with cream cheese, and breakfast sandwiches. You have... a choice of different drinks including fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff has always been very friendly and attentive. Thesmall dinning room is clean and so car I have not seen dirty tables when we've gone in. Read more
This is a place I've been going to for years. The people here are super friendly.. And the donuts aren't bad either lol.
