This Wingstop is the Wingstop from hell! I was vacationing with my bf in San Diego from LA and have never experienced such a... long wait at a Wingstop! We arrive and the teenager at the cashier just stares at us until we approach him to make our order. Weplace our order and proceed to fill up our cups and my boyfriend ends up getting the orange Fanta which is super flat - I getthe Coke because there?s literally no other option except those two. We try to get straws but there?s only 1 in a soggy holder.So we sit down and that?s when we notice instantly that we made a mistake ordering from there because there?s a bunch of peoplewaiting for their orders! We ended up waiting almost an hour for our food - and that?s only because we were standing by thecounter asking for an estimated time. Also, they don?t give refunds. It?s really sad because it seems a lot of people go thereand the service is deplorable. Maybe it?s just San Diego wingstops? Cause I never witnessed this madness in LA. Read more
wingstop in general has terrible customer service but this location by far is the worst. manager on duty yesterday evening does... not have a single care in the world. doesn?t even seem like she wants to be there. a bunch of kids work there and just fullaround. soda machine was watery and it took us almost 30 minutes to get our food. do not recommend this location Read more

They haven't had dining room open for over a year.but it was open the other day. After I shop at Walmart I take some wings... home. Now they have all the tables set up and I was the only customer eating in until a man ate there with his child. Mostpeople order online. Versus the wait..about 20 minutes. They used to season the frys so now when I order please add the seasonto my frys they never do. But will give me a little side over flowing to take home. It's so much extra I can make eggs andsprinkle the season on them. They just don't listen. Sometimes they don't toss enough sauce on the hot variety and look barelyfried. On the boneless Wings. The Lemon Pepper, and Mango Habanero are so good. The ranch is my favorite in the frys dip. So Iorder at least 2 more, it comes with one dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy.. there's also one off Euclid by the trolley and awhole shopping one stop. With food for less. Or whatever it's called.
