Why does Pilot Flying J get away with charging $0.30 to $0.70 additional for diesel vs. just about every other station across... this country?? I won't pay $5.20 per gallon and up vs. as low as $4.49 elsewhere. PFJ sucks. Read more

I live near this gas station so I come often, the older white ladies that work there definitely discriminate! Every time I have... gone there they watch black folks as they shop, they will literally stop ringing up someone to watch a black customer shop andeven get on the overhead speaker and ask security to scan and record the aisles! Now this is not an isolated incident this isevery time I come in there these two ladies will do these things as soon as black customers arrive and it is so obvious it'ssickening, I even said something to the black female security guard that works there and her facial expressions seem to agreewith my statement, twice now my fiancé who is a mid-twenties U.S. Federal officer gets watched and asked if he is looking forsomething specific yet none of the white folks get questioned or watched during our time there, including myself who is a veryfair skinned hispanic! Stopped by to fuel up and it wasn't bad the restroom was clean. The ladies at the counter was pleasant.
This Pilot is one of the dirtiest truck stops I have been to in a long time!!! All the trash cans inside and out are over full.... The cans outside are so full that everyone is piling the trash around them. The parking lot is covered in trash. Then you goinside and the store is dirty also. The floors have trash on them, especially the hall going to the laundry room and theshowers. The sad thing is that there are 4 people working on Sunday and the store is not busy. But you had 3 if them at thefront counter carrying on a conversation and the fourth guy was on his cell while he attempted to clean showers. I was doinglaundry there in the hall he was working for an hour and half and he held that phone to his ear the entire time. Veryunprofessional!!!! Read more
This place was pretty disgusting. It takes a lot to get me to complain and this place got it out of me. Nothing is clean, trash... is piling up, bugs were flying around the food at subway, and about half the employees were chit chatting instead of doinganything productive. Read more
