I have never been to this place. It isn't in my neighborhood. I searched Google for a nearby restaurant and this was the closest... to me. I am pleasantly satisfied with my fried cod, fries with gravy and seasoned wings. The coffee was hot and fresh. Autumnwas my server and she did a wonderful job of checking in and keeping my coffee filled. The establishment itself, from theoutside, doesn't look like anything special. But let me say, the staff and the food are a hidden treasure!! Very happy and Iwill definitely come back if I am in the area again!! Read more
First time there. Stopped by for a later dinner; they close at 8, got there about 7:10.. the COD fish sandwich I ordered was... SO fishy tasting.. I asked the server if I was given the wrong type of fish, maybe whiting or something other than COD. Shesaid she put in for COD so that's what I got then walked away. I was very skeptical of the piece of fish on the bun because notonly did it taste FISHY (unlike COD) it was more on the flat side (unlike COD). She didn't offer to take it back nor hear whatI wanted to tell her about it. The other staff I also encountered were not friendly at all-not welcoming as if I was botheringthem. They gave off the impression that they were in a rush to leave for the night making it very apparent by their constantstares and that made me feel even more uncomfortable and unwelcome.
