Family friendly. Great ice cream of course! Friendly staff. We didn't wait long for our ice cream or our appetizers, but we were... also not in a hurry. I got to friendlys at 930pm to get ice cream and they close at 10pm lady who was a store manager said she wouldn?t serve me any... ice cream! I live a block over left to get my wife and was back at 943 would not sell us ice cream! Said she wasn?t takinganymore orders! I am a black male and I felt she was being racist or something! My family and I visit Friendly's once a week. Lisa is always wonderful! If she sees us coming in, she has our drinks ready... before we order. She always makes sure we get our Friendly's point. ( I don't always remember to open the app). We love thisplace! Read more

My server Lisa was excellent. Always attentive and very polite. Have had Lisa as a server in the past and always received... great service. Found it odd being in retail for so long the staff didn't match. I like the white better. Read more
Manager here is awesome. It's a shame his workers are disrespectful and rude. After waiting an hour, and other people getting... orders before us our ice-cream was covered in ice-cream and fudge. We complained and the girl working was very rude. As we werein the parking lot leaving she yelled racial nasty comments to us in front of my three children. Read more
Very overpriced garbage food. Doesn't taste very good and the prices are crazy for being served food that's been microwaved from... frozen. The people that work here were very nice though so that added a star. Read more
