Worst festival/ celebration ever. Terribly unorganized. The volunteers were very nice but everything was awful. Waited a long... time to get food. Was given the wrong food but was not going to wait on line again. Pork cutlet sandwich was so dry it wasinedible. Music and dancing were supposed to start at 7... waited till 8 and it didn't start. Cut my losses and left. Oh, itseems everyone was saving a seat for everyone so there was no where to sit with food. Read more

This restaurant was awesome. My wife and I went there on a recommendation from a work mate and we were so happy he told us about... it. Even though it was a busy night due to the holiday weekend they warmly welcomed us in and treated us like family. The foodwas amazing. The pictures I posted include paella with lobster, shrimp, scallops, Clams, and mussels. The other one is steakwhich you actually cook yourself on a hot rock. Love coming here, it never fails! This place has dishes I can't find anywhere else, the pork and clams are amazing, the paella... is ridiculously huge, the octopus salad is a steal and one of the best in the area. The Naugatuck Portuguese Club offers as a great Portuguese restaurant that's affordable and a great place to bring your family... and loved ones. In addition a great place to host events such has bridal showers, local business events, stags, and so on. I hadmy grandmothers 90th birthday hosted at the Naugatuck Portuguese Club and we had the Portuguese restaurant cater our party of100 people. The staff was completely professional and the event hall that we were in was clean. Would recommend anyone lookingto get a great meal made with fresh ingredients as well as any local business or family that would want to use their eventcenter to host and cater for their event!
