Worst experience at Chick-fil-A in a while. Decided to come here for lunch after not having had CFA for a couple of months... (meanwhile soliciting their competition ie Canes). Was surprised their dining room was open with few cars in the parking lot.Seemed that this store was understaffed and under poor/no leadership. It?ll be easier if I just list out my experience?sissues. 1. Carbonated drinks were out of order and no tea available: drink options were limited to water, lemonades, milk,Hi-C, Powerade, and such. As a high volume chain, the store should?ve been quick to fix the issue. 2. Higher prices than otherstores: $9.95 for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal and $7 something for a regular Chicken Sandwich meal is unnecessarily highcompared to other stores in the area. Made me think twice after I started my order, especially considering there?s no pricechange when changing to a lighter kale crunch side. 3. Poor service: not to par with other stores. Halfway done with my mealbefore getting my replacement kale crunch. 4. Terrible serving of Kale Crunch: I genuinely thought they were using a containerthat was a size too big for a moment with the seemingly tiny portion of kale occupying my container. Turns out they just filledit less than halfway for who knows what reason. I went up to see about getting another kale crunch side for one of the two sidesthat was exceedingly poorly portioned and just settled with a smaller portion for myself. (The other for my mom). Got the newside back like 10 minutes later. Unsatisfactory for ?fast? food. 5. Grilled Chicken Sandwich wrapped in breakfast biscuitwrapping: Minute but revealing gesture when staff will settle with such inaccuracies. Makes me question their discipline as astore. Read more
Idk what happened but how is this even a salad. It?s not even half full. It looks like they ran out of actual salad mix and said... screw it and tossed a few pieces of torn up sandwich lettuce in with a couple of tomatoes. I ordered 2 market salads. This was supposed to be 2 meals and there's not enough salad TOGETHER to make 1 full container. There... was so little salad that, together, it needed only 1 packet of dressing. Look at the sides!! There was 3/4 of one littlestrawberry about the size of the blueberries cut into 3 pieces, 5 pieces of apple tidbits (think pineapple) and 3 blueberries. There was plenty of chicken but I think that was to cover the fact that there was not much else and that it was definitely MOREthan day old. There's no covering up old refrigerated chicken. My husband ended up with a $16+ salad and I got PB&J made athome. Totally unacceptable. Very very disappointed. I get these ALL THE TIME but I won't from this location again. Chick-fil-ais GREAT but I'd skip this location and make the 10 minute drive to Lake Worth or the White Settlement location. Read more
Employees are always nice. I was there in Dec 5, 2022 around 12:45 pm and the girls at the drive up are awesome! Such nice... people and soooo patience! I will definitely going back because of them. Read more
