Really love this DQ! The hospitality reminds me of my one back home, sometimes the food has been a little extra salty but that... good be just my taste buds these days... Everything always looks good and really does taste good, the salt as only been a fewtimes like it was by accident, nothing that's the norm along with some stuff being extra cooked like there's a new young cookbut overall it's a super great location. Relatively new restaurant with ample parking. Employees were very disinterested and obviously would rather have not been there.... Restaurant could have been cleaner. Wait time was longer than it needed to be. My caramel shake was very good. Read more
The food is pretty good, but the last few times we've eaten in at least part of the order was done incorrectly. Each time they... did fix it, but it's annoying that it's happened multiple times. Read more
The food is good however they gip you on blizzards. They only make the top 25% of your blizzard actually mixed and the rest just... vanilla ice cream. I worked at DQ for years and it's really not that hard to thoroughly mix a blizzard???? just not right andprobably won't be back to this location for this very reason... Second time I have ordered from this store. Last time i went with my family and ordered 2- double cheeseburger meals. Neither... had two patties or cheese. They fixed it because we dined in the restaurant. Tonight through the drive I ordered a doublecheeseburger with no mustard add mayo. Take a bite and its a single again and drenched in mustard. I live 30 min away so iscraped off all the mustard I could which meant no lettuce either due to the mustard. Then i bit into the stem of the tomato.Come on really. I love coming to Dairy Queen so I keep on coming here but every time I come something happens?. For today, I ordered a cake for... a house warming present and they spelled congratulations wrong. The last time I came, the lady yelled at us through the drivethrough. I hope they can work on their customer service along with quality of service. Read more
