Love the donuts, but I was the second car at the drive through and it still took 15 minutes to get through. Then, I had to go... back inside, because they got the order wrong. To top it off, the guy handling the order had glaze all over his hand and got itall over the outside of the bag and boxes. Read more
The apartment complex I manage decided to do donuts for our residents so we came to the Holy Grail to get them taken care of.... Not only did they have our order ready to go on time but they also helped us load up two cars full of boxes. They were veryaccommodating, very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Regular Glazed donuts had less flavor, not like how they're supposed to taste. I tried the new berry glazed donuts and they... looked like they had hardly any icing, I couldn't even taste the berry! If I could, I would just return these donuts. They werelike dipped with watered down icing. I call the branch to speak with the manager about a refund. He was not professional at all!He was rude and calling me a liar! No wonder these donuts came out horribly!! I've gotten to locations in South TX and SanAntonio and this location had the worse donuts and service! Do not come here!!!! Worse place ever! Read more
It was St. Patrick?s Day and they served up green donuts! This place is always a win with the kids and they provide a military... discount. I will stir the pot and say that Krispy Kreme is THE best donut. Melt in your mouth amazing. Read more
Krispy Kreme is the best! I don't know exactly what is in these donuts- but who cares- they are delicious. Such great... hospitality when you come into the facility. The staff are polite and very patient as I take my time to decide. The classicglaze is unmatched!! I?ve come here so many times and each time the experience seems to get better. Krispy Kreme is withinwalking distance from Lowe's Home Improvement, Sam's Club, and LA Fitness. Krispy Kreme also has a great selection of hot & colddrinks like Hot Coffee, Espresso, and Iced Specialty Lattes. You can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme. Read more
Took my g-babies here & the older lady with gray hair...no disrespect please...(sorry didn't get her name) I think she was the... manager she was wonderful. Great service, wonderful personality & you could tell she really enjoyed working at Krispy Kreme.What a great experience & wonderful delight.Can't wait to go back.
