I?ve been going to all locations for a few years now. I ordered the Spicy take chicken sandwich and was really upset that when I... arrived home excited to try the pickle chips that there were no chips in my sandwich. I called the location and spoke with themanager who asked for my name. She apologized and stated that they ran out of chips but she would write my name and I could comeby anytime. Well I stopped by today and purchased two bear claws and asked if I could get my sandwich. The manager said my namewas not on her list. I don't normally do Panera Bread but holy smokes this place blew me away. I highly recommend coming here. It's like all the food... places in this village are top notch and competing with each other to be the best. I got the chicken and bacon pizza from theirmenu and it was really good! Read more

I haven't eaten at a Panera in the longest time, but I went tonight. I don't know what exactly has changed, but the Mac n cheese... was terrible. The sandwich I normally ordered is no longer on the menu, so I got a different chicken sandwich. It wasn't goodeither. I'm assuming they changed ingredients and menu options as a company. Nothing was good. Such a disappointment when youjust want something good after working over 10 hours. This probably the end of me eating at a Panera, sad. Read more

I don?t think I could be more dissatisfied with this location. I?m a big fan of Paneras and was looking for a meal after... traveling for work. The location was out of everything so I ordered the Asian chicken salad and Mac and cheese (pick 2). Therewere no other people waiting to order and must have been 7 people in the kitchen. When I got back to my hotel room there was 3pieces of chicken on a bed of lettuce and no dressing. The bread was hard as a rock and inedible the Mac and cheese was fine.Really disappointed that these folks couldn?t just complete a simple order. I will not be back again nor suggest anyone else go.I get the whole can find good help thing but there were so many employees in there that you would think they could manage asimple salad. DELICIOUSNESS! Broccoli cheese soup is amazeballs! Teriyaki beef rice was so yummy! Orange scone was DAVOONE Mediterranean... chicken was the boom diggity. infused mango lemonade mouth watering. Normally I love Panera, today?s experience was difficult. We placed our order at 12:33pm, I was handed a pager, and instructed... that the pager would buzz once our order was ready. I settled down into our both awaiting previous stated buzzer alert. Havinglost track of time but noticing others who?d come after us now enjoying their food I decided to proceed to the food pick uparea. Upon arriving I noticed at least five or more people behind the counter slowly gathering menu items. I enquired about myorder as I had now witnesses names being called out rather than buzzers buzzing. I was buzzer number 42, I asked if buzzer 42?sorder was ready two salads and a bowl of soup; the response was immediate ?working on it!?, okay. Thought I?d stand back andwait - meanwhile on the counter is a bowl of steaming soup and a salad; you see where this is going?. Another five minutes andout pops another salad. I?m still standing back from the counter, but in sight of the girl behind the counter. Buzzer still inhand, a few more minutes pass when I hear ?Tracy, orders ready?. I walk up look at the same girl; is this mine? Yes, ma?am?Buzzer still not buzzing goes into the basket and I let the girl know I?ll be back for the other salad as I now take possessionof the previously mentioned, no longer steaming bowl of soup and salad. Our food came out on time, but a sandwich was missing (luckily I checked the bag before we left). Then, the sandwich they forgot... (roasted turkey and avacado BLT) had so much pepper that it was actually spicy; it was difficult to taste anything else.Additionally, the two half salads only came with half-filled containers of dressing which were not enough. My husband decided that he would love to go have dinner at Panera Bread, so we went and we walked in to the restaurant and it... was empty. There were no customers in there at all. Service was very quickly. Just walked right up to the counter and ordered.We both wore our masks ???? while ordering and took them off once we got to our seats. Our order came very quickly probablyabout 5 yo 6 minutes. I'm guessing because we both ordered the flat bread pizza, and that's what took most of the time, sinceno other customers were in the restaurant. My husband ordered the Pepperoni and Sausage Flatbread Pizza ???? ????, also theMacaroni and Cheese he made it an entre with a drink, and was able to add any dessert for 99 cents.. I also ordered the samething. He wanted to also have the Cheese and Broccoli Soup in the Bread Bowl ???? ???? I got a Pumpkin Muffin, and my husbandhad a Bear Claw.. yummy ????..
