I just moved to the area about 1 month ago and have been here about 4 times. All visits have been great food AND service. Onion... rings are ALWAYS fresh, which is rare for other locations. I wanted to write this review to mostly praise the staff, though. 2of my 4 visits were on Thanksgiving. Most people that have to work on a major holiday are not in a great mood. Not this staff.They were beyond friendly, helpful, kind, and accurate. Thank you for your hard work when you should've been home with yourfamilies. It's not lost on all of us. Read more

The best location, hands down! Before, my experience had been that the Blue Mound store off 820 was the best. They are so... friendly and knew my order. Now, at the Westworth Village location, there's a familiarity that has folks greeting me by name andasking how my day was and checking my order before giving it to me! Now, my burgers and my tacquitos are the way I order them;everytime! And, they make sure I have a fork when I order salads. That means no awkward return conversations and wasted time. Service was a little slow - but that seems to be the new normal for drive thru restaurants running on minimal staff. But our... order was accurate and tasty...including the salads which are sometimes a risk when you order at a fast food joint. Read more

Everytime I stop by to get food, whether it?s breakfast or lunch, it?s a hit or miss if they are going to get your order... correct. They are inconsistent on whether you even get close to what you ordered. A buddy and I went to the drive through around6:15 am and ordered 3 taquitos and left with a breakfast burger. There is absolutely 0 quality control with the drive through. Read more

Overall it was pretty good, the start of my visit wasn't good at all. The manager, who was apparently running the register,... continues to clean the dining room. Never said anything like "I'll be right with you" or asked someone else to take my order.Any restaurant manager should know that customers should be quickly greeted and they are a priority over cleaning or stocking. I waited a long time in the drive thru just to be given the wrong order. Then I had to wait inside some more while they remade... the order because they probably gave my order to someone else. The whole thing took like 30 min. Did they apologize? Nope. Ikept being asked what happened as if I was the one making the food. Like how should I know why my order is wrong? here?s myreceipt and here?s the food I was given. They also kept the food so I left wondering if they gave that to someone else. AnywaysI prefer going to the other Whataburger around here bc this one has also given me issues like over-salted fries and huge piecesof onions in the burgers. Read more

This location has struggled with management. Waited much longer than usual, only to receive an incorrect order. Young man... simply passed the tray of food without any care. Manager on duty could be heard throughout dining area repremanding employees. While eating, found a hair within a burger. Very disappointing experience. Read more

Went to redeem a promo. The young male cashier was SO rude. And not even with words, I could feel him not wanting to process my... purchase. Then when I asked for spicy ketchup, rather than asking me how many I want, he tosses a handful in the condiment tray.But the food was good tho. Read more
