TERRIBLE SERVICE I was writing a bad review about the service. And I realize there are so many complains about the bad... service. I wonder why they keep the staff (?) If they want names, here is one: Marino (he's the worst) Stay away from thisrestaurant. Read more

RUDE STAFF They can serve gold in the menu, if the employers are impolite, there's no reason to eat there ever again. Specially... in a place where there's a restaurant each corner. Worker called Marino is rude and aggressive from head to toe. I understandsome restaurants keeps low budget for hiring unexperienced or bad trained waiters. But this one should work no where but on hismanners. Stay away from this restaurant and try the one across the street. Read more

I attended the COE Leadership Summit and Policy Conference at the Hyatt. I commuted from Towson, Maryland to Washington, D.C.... every day. I would rush in to the breakfast buffet before our sessions started. Your staff was friendly and seated me rightaway. Even helped me have seat close to the entrance so that I could exit quickly to get to my session after eating. Yourrestaurant is clean and you have a good selection of food on the menu. Thank you for the good food and friendly service. Read more

The service here is excellent. I had multiple servers checking on me to ensure I had everything I needed. The bread with... dinner is soft, warm and delicious. The weekend all you can eat breakfast has a nice assortment of options and juices. Read more

Great hotel restaurant! Usually hotel restaurants are just eh. Appreciate the interesting menu with some organic and local... ingredients... and even a sustainable catch of the day dish. Enjoyed the fluffy omelet, crispy hash browns and cheese plate forroom service. Read more

Breakfast buffet is excellent - lots of variety, moderate price (don't miss that $25 off $50 dining coupon they offer with hotel... reservation!), comfortable location right in the main lobby of the hotel. Pre-cooked scrambled eggs/bacon are hit or miss - were great one morning, but barely warm on another. Still, there is an omelet station - get it cooked to your specs right infront of you. Coffee is consistently good. Plenty of cold cuts, pastries and fresh fruit. Haven't tried sausages or pancakes -but they looked/smelled good. Bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, cereals - all typical breakfast staples. You won't leave hungry. Read more

I was out walking around the museums all day and figured I'd give my feet a rest and give the hotel bar a chance despite the bad... reviews. The hotel lobby is pretty and it's a nice space. Right off the bat, something felt off because someone was coming up tothe bar because her waiter didn't bother to give her any utensils and the bartender wasn't giving her the time of day. Thebartender took a while to acknowledge my presence and didn't seem to speak English very well. I ordered a couple of appetizersand I didn't finish either of them. They both tasted cheap and weren't particularly interesting. I had a couple of beers as well($8/each). I thought they might do mixed drinks better, so I ordered an old fashioned. It was okay. Not great. They charged me$19 for it though, and that's where they lost me. My total (with tip) was $83. That was not an $83 meal. If I was paying $35 forthat meal in Morgantown, WV I'd have no complaints, but for $83 in DC I could've walked across the street and had a better meal. Read more
