This restaurant was recommended to me by a colleague to go try Ethiopian food for the first time. The food was delicious, I... highly recommend you order the beef tibs and gomen platter. The servers were so friendly and recommended all of the deliciousmeals. The prices are very reasonable for the portions. I highly encourage you visit this restaurant for an amazing Ethiopianexperience. Read more

After reading the reviews, decided to give this restaurant a try. Glad we got there at the time we did because it got busy quite... fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the food takes a bit of time to be served. So don't go if you arerestricted by time. However, the food was worth the time. The dishes were fresh, warm and delicious. The only negativity wouldbe that some dishes had similar flavors. And the dessert was supposed to be crispy but was quite soggy. Wasn't a big fan ofthe dessert. However, the overall experience was very satisfying. Read more

Excellent experience. This was my first time eating Ethiopian food and it was really nice. My only reason for not giving it a 5... star review is I wish they had a sampler listed on the menu. The families on either side of us got them AFTER we ordered. I hada little bit of ordering remorse! I would definitely try it again though! By the way, I like spicy food and it was pretty hot tome! I love the food and staff were nice. It would get all star if the appearances of the place was better and clean. The stairs are... fairly weak, big hole in wall at entrance, no soap to wash hands, and dead bug on wall. Like said food was really good just needto tighten and clean the area up better. Read more

Great place for lunch. We had three people and ordered a deluxe that came with everything ($40) and it was enough for us to... share. You can always ask for more injera since it initially comes with three rolled up. The service was great and the ladiesthat served us were super friendly and welcoming. She saw me standing outside in the cold while waiting for my friends to arriveand she told me that I should come in and wait inside where it?s warm. I?ve been to many Ethiopian restaurants and they usuallyserve it on a large round platter, but because we had one friend who had dietary restrictions, they were nice enough to separatethe mesh from the rest (I?ve attached pictures). Overall a great place to check out and try out for lunch. Read more

Incredible food. The price is high but this food is meant to be shared. If you need more injera all you have to do is ask! The... flavors are phenomenal. Sirloin steak was flavorful. I personally had my favorites but I'd recommend getting a little bit ofeverything in each bite. It's a dance of flavors and textures. The restaurant itself is small but packs in a little under 50people. Bar seating available or table seating. It takes time to get your food so come with company and enjoy it. There's onebathroom that ended up getting clogged and put out of service when I went but other than that fluke it's a superb establishmentand dining experience. Highly recommend. Read more
