It was a great dining experience overall. The servers were very attentive mostly, apart from sometimes our waitress was tied up... serving customers next table. The food is delicious. We got the more comprehensive tasting menu that contained Peruvian, Chineseand Japanese cuisine. It was quite an interesting experience. We can't help it, but it is a bit noisy, so if you are looking fora place to dine and chat with a friend, it might not be the best choice. Read more

I had a great experience for dinner Sunday night with some friends from out of town. We did the tasting menu and paired it with... the cocktail tasting too. We had a great time trying all the foods and definitely will recommend it to others. The restaurantitself is loud, bright and vibrant so it's a great place to go with a group. Read more

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was a great experience! Vibe - loved the decor and style of the restaurant.... It’s very rustic modern with a side of a bold ethnic flare. Look at the photos to see what I mean. Food - small plates. Tastyand great to share with friends, family and significant others. Loved the Hong Kong noodles dishes the best. It’s great toexperience Chinese, Peruvian and Japanese dishes at one place. The summer tomato dishes was okay, but I would not get it again. All the other dishes were good and light. Service- friendly, prompt and knowledgeable with good recommendations. Clean bathroomtoo. Overall I would recommend this place! Read more

One of the best restaurants in DC, and that says a lot. We ordered the chef’s selection, and we were not disappointed. Head... chef Will Fung even came out and spoke with our table and really left an impression on us. The food is a blend of Peruvian foodand Chinese/Japanese. And it is incredible. Go here. Read more

Great place for some good fusion food. Service is pretty quick and recommend you get a reservation as it does get pretty full... during peak dinner hours. You can’t go wrong with the Pisco Sour here. The dim sum were good but nothing special and possiblegood for trying it one time. The noodles were great and if you get a side of the house made hot sauce it adds a bit more flavor. Read more

This is an incredibly unique spot! The location is great for only being a few blocks from the national mall, the ambiance was... relaxing, and the food was amazingly delicious. A Peruvian/Chinese/Japanese restaurant is a unique combination and a brand newexperience. The flavors were absolutely fantastic, the presentation was on point, and the service was top-notch. And to top itall off, it is very reasonably priced for such high quality.5 stars all around! Read more

I was looking for a nice romantic date night and China Chilcano fit the spot just right. I first called them to check if they... had seating/reservations for later the same day and they were super helpful and I booked a time no problem. The restaurant isin the heart of DC so parking may be difficult but the food and service is worth it. The restaurant fuses peruvian dishes withAsian mixes which was so delicious. We tried the classic ceviche and a few other dishes that I unfortunately forgot what arecalled at this point, but I don’t think you can really go wrong with anything here. They do have a priced option kind of likea “buffet” for around $60 and you get to try as many dishes as you want. So if you really want to explore the dishes here,I’d recommend that! You’ll at least be eating 2-3 dishes. Will definitely come back again. Read more
