This chipotle is absolutely horrible. Majority of The staff is very unfriendly and rude, they don?t follow proper procedures,... they are always understaffed, and their food station is always dirty. The food taste and quality is not good, and i feel likethis establishment needs an intervention. There?s a reason that chipotle doesn?t get a lot of business Read more

Just as good as an experience as you would expect from a chipotle. The food was prepared quickly, the staff were friendly and... your typical chicken burrito bowl costs $11.11. I like this restaurant location because it is cheap, consistent and convenient. Read more

The staff was arguing with each other, and the manager was being outrageously rude to another customer for impractical and... inflexible reasons. Also, I found it a bit weird that the manager not only was talking so aggressively and mean to people thathis saliva was perforating the ingredients on the line, but also when one of the team members was putting the ingredients ontomy burrito he leaned over her and my food grazing my food and her with his stomach to replace something on the line. While I getthat multitasking is sometimes necessary, the way he performed that task was extremely rude to his team member and me, and inaddition super unsanitary. The whole environment of the restaurant was extremely discomforting and toxic, only two individuals(at the beginning of the line, and the end of the line) seemed to be putting an effort into being positive, efficient, andsimply kind. It's sad to say that this is not the first time I have noticed huge problems with the team at this location, andhonestly poor work ethic and communications, lack of efficiency and basic inventory, and just poor customer service seem to berecurring difficulties with several Chipotle branches lately. Maybe it's a management/leadership issue, I don't know, and whileI want to care it might be best for me to only pick up deliveries from chipotle from now on. There are several small businessMexican restaurants in the area with quality food and great vibes that deserve my coin. Convenience is not so important that wetrade our mental and emotional health for it. It is not worth it at all. Read more

I frequently order from this location through Uber Eats (closest to my house) and have been told on a numerous of occasions by... my Uber drivers that they charge customers for the vinaigrette dressing and sometimes they do not. As a long time customer andhave visited several locations within the DMV and in other states, Chipotle has never charged their customers for this. Is thisa new policy? Read more

This might be the worst location in DC. Rude employees, terrible customer service and on top of that they are always out of the... basic stuff. They start closing up at 9 and refuse to make everything else cause they want to leave early. Chipotle y?all haveto do better. Read more

Health Code Violation? Of the many chipotles I?ve been to around the country, this is the only one I?ve ever felt the need to... complain about?multiple times: The most recent time I walked in, there was an abandoned burrito bowl full of white rice sittingout on the counter. It was at the close end of the counter when I walked in. All the employees were at the opposite end of thecounter down by the cash register. The woman who was going to take my order took that old discarded rice bowl (that had beensitting for who knows how long) and flipped it over into the pan of fresh white rice that had just come out. I didn?t want thislikely health code violation in my bowl so that?s when I walked out. This was the culmination of my bad experience. Before allthis, I walked in and saw a half dozen employees milling around. There was only 1 other customer inside and they were nearlyfinished being helped. Nobody greeted me or even looked up. For all I know, they neither saw nor heard me walk in. After waitingabout a minute in the nearly empty store, I noticed the barbacoa and carnitas were nearly gone. I asked if more barbacoa wascoming out. One of the employees, who by this time had walked over, wordlessly walked away. She walked back after looking in thekitchen and said ?no.? I asked the same about the carnitas. She muttered under her breath in an indignant tone, walked away, came back, and said no. I had tried to ask as nicely as I could. I told her I?d just get a chicken burrito bowl. That?s when shetook the old white rice from the discarded burrito bowl on the counter and (probably in violation of a health code) dumped itinto the freshly made white rice that had just come out. I went on the Chipotle app?s online chat to complain. The customerrepresentative said they take my complaints very seriously and would forward them to the field team. They didn?t even ask thestore?s identifying information so I assume they were not planning to forward my complaint. I told Read more

The food was good and portion size more than standard. Usual burrito place with normal serving as other places. Will need to do... something different to stand out in the market. Read more
