Food is way better compared to other Chipotles I?ve been to. Everytime I visit family we come down to this restaurant and... usually im concerned about ordering from Chipotle without watching them prepare my meals but after the order from thisrestaurant I fully trust this restaurant couldn?t ask for better. Today, I went to pick up my online order during rush hour. The man at the register told me 15 minutes wait and I asked him if it... was gonna be 15 minutes or would it be more. He got angry and said ? If you don?t want to wait, then just go eat somewhereelse?. I also noticed that he was treating other customer and workers badly. He even threw a customer change at them. Me andsome other customers started to talk about his attitude when he told me to shut up. We told the manager about his terriblecustomer service, and he kept throwing us mean looks. Not gonna lie, I would avoid this chipotle because of the wait time andbecause of this man. Funny enough, I had already experienced his terrible service and so had other customers. The worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. Went on Saturday April 2nd 2022 at time of opening the food was the worst I?ve ever seen... at any establishment. Chipotle ain't like it used to be, you're not getting a full spoon of meat it's like they're shaving it off before they put it... on your bowl or give you a small portions of it, and I'm starting to see that in every location I go to... it's like I have tothink twice before I go into Chipotle. I'm a foodie at heart, and Chipotle is the most basic yet the most tasty food I eat, I lovee me some chipotle! If you come here... during the lunch rush, expect a wait, at least 10 mins. Lines get long, but not too bad. I usually come around opening time sothat I don't have to wait, or I use the app during lunch. Usuallly love ordering from here because of its close proximity to work. The last couple times I ordered a salad and ended up... with VERY LITTLE lettuce. Not sure how it can be called a salad when there more cheese than lettuce. I?m also a vegetarian andfound a piece of meat in my salad!!! Read more
