The chipotle in the union station has the most unfriendly staff we've ever seen. I saw a cheese quesadilla with beans and rice... on the menu. After I received no beans or rice with my quesadilla she said I had ordered off the "secret menu" and said if Iwanted those I had to pay extra for them.... Never will go again. Read more

This review is specifically for the chipotle downstairs! The people working there are rude, they get upset if you ask for more... even though you?re paying for it. At the end of my checkout, the cashier proceeded to argue with me. Not sure who the manageris, but they need some customer service training badly.!! Read more

Worst Chipotle Experience Ever. We ordered online to go and we didn?t check our order before leaving the facility on M-Street.... When we got to the park and opened our package, it was almost half missing. They gave us literally less than the half of anormal chipotle portion in a bowl. Read more

Bad experience first it started out No Guacamole upstairs at their Chipotle then I head downstairs to this one. which I... purchased a chicken bowl. Then the ric was definitely undercooked and they had no chips and the guacamole they gave me was darkgreen and serve it in chunk pieces. Will not return to this location. Read more

Celiac, gluten intolerant, gluten allergy etc BEWARE!! Went here hoping to grab something safe before getting on Amtrak. Their... seemed to be a language barrier regarding ?gluten allergy? (yes, I know celiac is autoimmune, but gluten allergy seems to getmore attention in restaurants). I tried explaining the protocol as I have been to many chipotles before (change gloves, getfresh utensils, get fresh food buns). She got the manager. The manager handed me an allergy card, changed her gloves, and thenrefused to get fresh food containers and utensils even after explaining to her that it was contaminated by the tortillas. Shesaid ?that?s too bad? and put away my burrito bowl container and then said goodbye. I went across the way to Cava where I had noproblems. Unfortunately, this Chipotle is not safe for people that need to gluten free out of medical necessity like I?ve knownevery other Chipotle in the US to be. Read more

I sent my boyfriend inside to pick up an online order & when he picked it up he asked for a lime juice , & the guy at the... register told him that there is no limes nor lime juice. So then I called 3 mins later & asked to speak with a supervisor & shein fact said they have the limes but not the lime juice. But that was after we had already left. & then he charged us $2 forsour creams which is cool but then charged $5 more for 2 more. Very bad chipotle. Needs to give customers what they want Read more
