The worst Chipotle chain I have been to. Broken tortilla machine, credit card only, and meats were all old and cold on a Sunday... lunch. Not to mention the portion was definitely smaller since they were starting to run out of certain items and not replacingthem. Avoid this location. Read more
Issues with homeless people coming in and harassing customers, I witnessed after a man screaming and yelling for 5 minutes and... noone did anything. He then assaulted a young lady waiting for her food. Don't come here. Read more
Lines take forever and online pick ups routinely take 10-15 minutes past the pickup time. Also staff told me not to worry about... separating trash and recycling because they just throw it all away anyway. Read more
Line was long and slow. Ordered a burrito. No barbacoa and the server was quite vocal in a perturbed manner when you asked... for it. No signs to indicate they were out. The worst part was my burrito. The tortilla was not soft, but kind of chewyand dry. There is a Qdoba across the street that I usually go to, but wanted to give this Chipotle a shot. Never again. The person who was suppose to be the cashier kept disappearing which added additional time to am already long wait. Trash cans... were overflowing and barely could throw our trash away. The restroom was dirty, no handsoap or paper towels. Food was good. Read more
I ordered steak and they were out so I asked for chicken. Found out that they were out of brown rice. I asked for chips twice... and received none; I guess the cashier couldn't hear me even though I pointed at the chip bags behind the register. I got myfood and sat down at a table and saw several tables with food all over the floor and tables with food droppings still on it. Mytable was clean; thank goodness. I always enjoyed eating at Chipotle but, I won't be going back to this location; that's forsure. Read more
