Recently ordered at this Chopt location and let me tell you, please ask them how long their ingredients have been out. I ordered... a custom craft with Romaine lettuce and almsot 70% of it were wilted, and just not fresh at all. I've read some reviews and nota lot of it is any good. Read more
Great curb appeal, went inside, approached the counter and looked at the menu but then was told ?we?ve been closed? though doors... are open, and their sign outside says the close at 8! Employee told us to visit the other location down the street which wasalso closed?.not very professional?from the looks of it they had started putting everything away so they could go home duringbusiness hours! The guy making the salads was so high he made me the same wrong bowl twice in a row. I ordered a harvest bowl and it came out... looking identical to my friend?s Chinese chicken bowl. I went up and asked for the correct thing, assuming they didn?t hear mewell. The same employee then makes the same (with corn added?) incorrect bowl for me a second time. We were the only customersordering food so it?s not like they mixed up orders. The manager did step in and personally make me the actual bowl the secondtime but the high guy is still there making more messed up orders. Wow. What an experience. Read more
They were out of chicken and decided to give us meatballs without telling us. They were out of a lot of items and just added... whatever they wanted. Also all the employees seemed to be high as a kite. What a joke? Read more
Great salads, but don't go here late in the day because they will be out of many items.
