During my most trip to D.C., I happened upon DC Pizza as I was wandering around. The modern little shop has outdoor seating as... well as a short counter bar on one side of the shop. Upon arrival, one takes a listing of pizza sauces and toppings to createyour own pizza. Once you hand in your request, you can watch as the fresh pizza dough is placed on a board. Your sauce, cheeseselection and other toppings are placed. The pizza is then placed in their special electric oven. In about five minutes, thepizza is done with a near perfect crisp, thin crust. Sauce is very important and they have a very good sauce that complimentsthe toppings (I had Italian sausage). The personal sized pizza could serve two people. A large pizza could serve three to fourpeople. They have bottled drinks as well as fountain soda. They have chocolate chip cookies and brownies, if you needdessert. There is a good selection of toppings. A personal cheese pizza is $8.40 before tax. One can get up to four toppingson a personal pizza for $11.35 plus tax. Vegan mozzarella and gluten-free crust is available at an additional charge. Since DCPizza is in the neighborhood where I stay when in D.C., this will be my pizza place from now on. Give it a try. Delivery isavailable to a limited area. Read more

I've been here many times. This time I got the 4 topping personal pizza - pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, jalapeños with a drizzle... of honey to top it off. The toppings were fresh and crust perfectly baked. The staff is always friendly. The inside is cleanand offers minimal seating, but they do have a small number of tables for outside dining. You can't beat the price for lunchdowntown, less than $13. I recommend them. Read more

Easily one of the best pizzas I?ve had and I?ve tried the best pizzas in NYC and NJ. The meat likers, the veg me, and the pesto... chicken are excellent! The price is a bargain for a downtown location in DC. I?ll definitely come back when I?m in DC again.Highly recommended! Read more

It was good pizza. The crust is on the thin side if you like that. Got the double pepperoni pie and a couple brownies. They do... not sell chicken wings which was disappointing. Read more

The pizza was fantastic! I can't wait to go back again. I do not like thin crust but this crust was perfect! Not too crunchy and... not too soft. The service was great, everyone was friendly. And the restaurant was clean. Read more

I loved the easy approach to order. You could either make your own pizza highlighting each option, or you could choose from the... recommended ones. My pizza tasted delicious! And you can add little things later like oregano, parmesan, sauces, garlic, etc...Very friendly staff ???? Read more

The ordering process was convenient (fill out a paper with pizza and toppings). We were greeted by a kind gentleman named... Abraham. He was very helpful and was one of the kindest and hardworking employees we?ve ever met. He definitely added to ourmemorable experience. I noticed the whole restaurant was kept clean. We were also surprised by how quickly the pizza was made(under 10 minutes). For a family of five, we ordered one large pesto chicken pizza and one large Hawaiian pizza. After a longday of walking around Washington, D.C, it really hit the spot. Both pizzas were amazing (perfect amount of each topping) andeveryone loved them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a restaurant in the area. Great Pizza, Great Workers, and veryreasonable prices! Read more
