I remembered why I stopped ordering from this location. This is the single worst customer service I've ever seen from any... Domino's ever. Do not make the same mistake. Worst service EVER!!! Ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza. I got 3 pieces of mushroom on the whole pie. I had 5 crumbles of... sausage on 2 slices of pizza. I called the location and the girl that answered the phone answered with an attitude. I mentionedto her the above and she had the nerve to tell me that they ration ingredients and if it has 3 slices of mushroom it?s like thatfor a reason same goes for the sausage! I said that?s ridiculous and she said ?.. well what do you want me to do about it? Isaid get me a pizza done right or give me credit (ordered online). She said she can?t help me with that. Great service and as always, amazing pizza. I got a large pizza on their carry out special for 8.59 or something and that's tax... included. You can't beat that kind of deal. Highly recommend checking this location out since they are friendly, always nice,and very fast with making sure you have the best experience. Thanks again! Def coming back soon! Read more
Waited about an hour. 40 minutes after the app said ?Alt checking for quality?. Finally called them and they said ?it will be... another 25 minutes?! Canceled the order. Big time fail. Probably not employees fault. Though they were a bit rude on the phone.They said only two delivery guys on bicycles but I am only 0.1 miles away! I should have read the reviews first. Lots of 1stars! Walked in the door when the app said the pizza was ready, but was told to wait. 17 minutes later they discover my pizza sitting... in a delivery bag. My patience was returned with cold pizza. It's so upsetting. Getting takeout is a special night because mybudget is so tight. It's upsetting that the restaurant made so little effort. Read more
not being able to place an order for a colleague as a thank you is inconvenient. The order minimum is $20 & she just wanted a... small pizza. Would've been happy to pay a surcharge to get her what she wanted but that wasn't an option & she didn't want towaste any food. The worst customer service I have ever received. I had my ordered cancelled, had my calls ignored, and, ultimately, when I... called from my husbands phone, the call was answered and then I was told I never placed and paid for the order. I read theconfirmation text message to the woman who answered the phone and she put me on hold. I was on hold for 34 minutes and was thendisconnected. This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I now have a hungry child and no other options tofeed him as this has gone on for over an hour and other restaurants have closed. This establishment scraped the bottom of thebucket when hiring their employees. Stay away. Don?t count on them to follow through and deliver to you or your family. Don?t eat from here ! The employees are rude and will hang up the phone on you when you call about your order. I ordered wings... from here and they just drizzled bbq sauce on them and barely put toppings on the pizza. I wouldn?t give these wings to my dogif I had one. Unacceptable! Read more
