It's okay but not a great bagel. If you were in a hurry and it was convenient, you could certainly do worse.
I am VERY disappointed at this location. It's such a shame where their corporate spent thousands of $$$ on their prime location... and labors every month. However, their food/drink/service are NOT up to industry standard: 1. Indoor dine in is still closed, 3workers work in there 2. Long wait time, not productive during grab-and-go 3. Outdoor patio seating is dirty, lack of cleaning,NO power outlet! 4. Servers are rude, make you feel like YOU are not welcome to stay there, rush you out forbusiness... Alternative option? Yes, the Point Chaud Cafe & Crepes (across the street: 2300 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC20007) provides a great envrioment to sit down, dine in or take out, and GREAT customer service.
