It's okay but not a great bagel. If you were in a hurry and it was convenient, you could certainly do worse.
I am VERY disappointed at this location. It's such a shame where their corporate spent thousands of $$$ on their prime location... and labors every month. However, their food/drink/service are NOT up to industry standard: 1. Indoor dine in is still closed, 3workers work in there 2. Long wait time, not productive during grab-and-go 3. Outdoor patio seating is dirty, lack of cleaning,NO power outlet! 4. Servers are rude, make you feel like YOU are not welcome to stay there, rush you out forbusiness... Alternative option? Yes, the Point Chaud Cafe & Crepes (across the street: 2300 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC20007) provides a great envrioment to sit down, dine in or take out, and GREAT customer service. The coffee/ beverage area along with the food prep station is very dirty. Staff is unpleasant, entire indoor seating is closed... for no reason. Supposedly due to the pandemic but in reality probably do they'll have one less thing to clean. Read more
Placed an order last night online for pickup this morning at 7AM. Arrive at 7AM and they tell me the order "just came in."... Excuse me? This will be the last time I ever spend money at an Einstein Bagels. Took them nearly 20 minutes to prepare it. Read more
6:21am Sunday... Still Not Open! I waited outside from 6:00am to 6:16am when I took this picture of a closed store. I saw 1... employee working and he didn't bother to come out and say why! I waited another 5-minutes in my truck and the lights still outat 6:21am and the store was still closed. I could see an employee taking out the trash or something from my truck when Ifinally drove off. Wasted Time!!! They should change the store's opening time if the employees can't make it to work on time. Ridiculous!!! Read more
