Ethiopic not only gives you an amazing experience with the Ethiopian food but also displays the culture really well. I enjoyed... my dine in experience at Ethiopic a lot. The food was absolutely amazing. I order the beef tibs and they weredelightful. Everything from the spices and the balance of flavors was on point. Ethiopian food is close to home for me so itis always a pleasure to experience it. 5/5 for Ethiopic Read more

This was a fun experience to try Ethiopian food for the first time. I went with my friends and we ordered two of the big... sampler dishes and the fried fish. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the best either. I only liked the beef stew that camein the Beef & Chicken Sampler. The vegetarian sampler wasn’t the best to be honest. Which is why I’m giving it a 3-starrating. I can fairly say that the place was very clean and the servers were welcoming and attentive. ???????? The prices werea little bit on the expensive side. Because we knew that the samplers were big, we only ordered 2 main dishes for 3 people. Thetotal was around $60. I would definitely have Ethiopian food again, but maybe not at this restaurant. This was My first time trying an Ethiopian Dish. The Waitress was friendly and very helpful and suggested the Lamb Tips. I was... seated and attended to very quickly. I had the Window Seat which had Bay Windows allowing a perfect view of the Capital. Thismade My experience ten times better. The App ordering experience was easy and contactless pay made the experience great becauseYou could just leave when You are ready. The setup of the Food was picture worthy. The Food was Great. First time having Ethiopian food and we weren't disappointed. Delicious and full of flavor! A platter is more than enough for 2... people. Ordering is online through QR code, but very straightforward. Staff are helpful and receptive. Definitely recommend. Read more

I’m not the first white guy to fill myself up like an injera balloon and sweat through a dish the majority of the world... considers mild, and I will not be the last. I’m also not an Ethiopian food expert, but I’ve had it a few times and this wasprobably the best. The vegetarian sampler for two was really good. Of the seven items included I only didn’t care for one ofthem, and that was primarily because it was too spicy for me (which means fine for most everyone else). We probably would havebeen fine with the “for one” version of the sampler given the app and lamb entree we added. Both of those were good, butnothing special. All of the injera we got was great. Ethiopic is by far one of the best Ethiopian Restaurant in DC. The order process is 100 % digital so don’t forget your phone.... For vegetarians is a lot to eat here and my Kids also had a lot of fun to try every different flavour. I would recommend to eatone vegetarian platter for three people. Read more

Very professional and very delicious. I was greeted inside and led to a table. Staff member assisted me in ordering which is... done completely at the table. Bread was brought to the table and not long after a sizzling meal appeared. Very delicious with abeautiful presentation. Awesome. Read more

I am not an expert on Ethiopian cuisine, but I can say this restaurant's offerings are delicious and great for conversation.... Don't be afraid to ask your server for their suggestion as they are quite willing to help. Ordering for your table is doneonline from the table, so don't forget to bring at least one smart device! The night we dined there was a mix of couples andgroups of four or less. A single diner or two sprinkled about. Read more
