We wanted to visit Georgetown Waterfront before we left DC back to Alaska and stumbled into Fiola Mare. I can't say enough good... things about their service, food and atmosphere. I got the Butternut Squash Soup, Swordfish Milanese and Venetian Tiramisu. Eachwere uniquely flavorful and filling. The restaurant looks out over the Potomac River which is beautiful in its own right. Beprepared to drop a couple hundred dollars here with a small party, but also know that it will be money well spent. Thank youFiola Mare for a wonderful dining experience! Read more
Went for our 1 year anniversary. Service was great but they could have placed us in a better location knowing we were there... celebrating. My husband requested a water view but we were stuck behind a pillar and others were sat in better locations afterwe arrived. Otherwise food was delicious and would definitely go back. Just not for a very special occasion. Read more
We had a lovely dinner at Fiola Mare preceding Hamilton at The Kennedy Center. The atmosphere, professional staff, and food were... exceptional. The oysters with melon mignonette started us off on just the right note. The Japanese fish, recommended by theserver, soaked up the marinade perfectly. We had a peach number for dessert that made my southern heart sing. This is definitelya wonderful place to visit should you have the opportunity. Read more
Rarely give a restaurant 5 stars. This place deserves it and more! We’ve been here a couple times and the food in consistently... scrumptious! Words can’t explain the deliciousness of everything on the entire menu. You won’t regret it, trust me. Fabiodeserves high praise. Read more
5 stars for real in every aspect. It has both a very fancy area indoor and a fancy yet relaxed area in the patio. The service... was amazing, the food was superb, the cocktails were delicious and generous. Canver the manager was very kind and served us thecalamari complementary make us feel even better served! I didn’t know the Branzino taste this good until I tried it here. Wewere only two so we couldn’t try more plates but do yourself a favor and try Fiola Mare! Read more
Elegant and delicious. Everything is gears towards an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The... restaurant has many quiet and corners with the perfect atmosphere. It is well organized and very clean, every inch has amazingdetails. The food and drink selection is extensive and everything we had was prepared to perfection. The views of the water areamazing and there are plenty of things to walk to in the area. We will be back here often. Read more
This was an enjoyable food experience from the appetizer breads and jelly, to the Prawn appetizer dish all the way to the... lightest and fluffiest pancakes I possibly have ever had! No extra syrup needed!!! Not to mention, the bottomless Mimosas (orother drinks) weren't that bad either... I'm sure you will enjoy this place, just make sure you bring your check book! ???????? The best service ever! Super friendly staff that really made my day with a surprise birthday cake ???? and it wasn’t even my... birthday ????. I went out with a friend who told our host that he was treating me to a belated birthday, and to my surprise Igot a free cake. The food was phenomenal, their mashed potatoes ???? are heaven ?. We had the seafood platter with some????lobster, and fish ????. It was all so delicious. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the wonderful view and surprise fireworks. ???? Read more
