The bathrooms have closed locks and you can't tell if someone is in there super easily, there is hand sanitizer but ALL of them... are empty. Employees weren't of note, and all around worst five guys experience I have had. Read more
I have always wanted to go to Five Guys and today decided to stop by. My experience was awesome, I only ordered one item and dis... not incur any disturbance at all. The restaurant looked very organized and clean(around 2PM), I did a little bit of cleaning buthad to look hard. I only gave them a 4star sincey order(orange juice) the bottle was abit beat up and did not look new but wasnot expired though. I just think that they do not store it in the way they are supposed to. However I recommend this location toanyone, it alright. Read more
Five Guys is one of my favourite fast food due to it's amazing burgers and milk shakes. This one is as good as the other five... guys. Burgers were perfect, employees are kind and friendly. We just waited a bit more than I expected but the food was good soI didn't mind. I recommend ! Read more
These is the best "fast-food" hamburger I've tried. Double-decker, taste delicious and are lighter and fresher than you would... expect. They prepare them in front of your eyes. The fries are also delicious, although a bit heavier. Read more
Extremely poor service. The lady at the front didn't even bother to greet me. I had to initial a hello in which she hesitated to... respond to. We had traveled all day long and were hoping to use the restroom which we couldn't because it was filthy. I hadasked if a restroom service can take place as there was urine all over the seats and floor, she literally looked at hercolleagues and didn't even bother to respond to me as I and my children stood there waiting for a response. Honestly, we don'tjust go to a place for food but also for the service they provide. On top of this, our good took forever!!! My husband asked forsome ketchup and he had to stood there forever and ended up leaving without it!!! They really need to work on their customerservice. Read more
Went there with fairly high expectations as the chain came highly recommended from the online community. Highly disappointing... burgers. You had to choose your toppings, including mayonnaise. Being first time visitors, we were completely unaware that thebasic burger was just the bun and patty, and the toppings were not extras, but also what we consider basics in a burger. So,some of us did not choose mayo and as a result the burgers were very dry. The patty was not upto the mark, the burgers were verysmall (not the usual American size), the price was high and the service slow. Lousy value for money. Read more
