This review is for the margarita and chips and salsa only. My husband and I just wanted a place to rest our feet and have a... drink. It was on a Friday afternoon so Happy Hour prices made my margarita reasonable. Cute restaurant. Nice friendly staff. Iwould recommend returning here for their tasty strong margaritas! Read more
Family stopped in during a day trip. Nice atmosphere. Looked like it was going to be really good. Food arrived. Many ordered the... shredded beef. After eating most of the burrito, my daughter discovered an unpleasant surprise. It was several chunks of theventricles to a heart. Hopefully beef, but definitely the heart. Server took these tidbits to the kitchen for inspection. Theonly explanation given was that it was part of to cow. There were six people, 3 had the shredded beef. They did at least takethose of the bill. It appears that they are using the cheapest parts of the cow for their shredded beef to turn more of aprofit. Who knows what else was in there. My second time here and it’s even better than i remember. The service is friendly and quick, great atmosphere with great... music, nice and cozy as well. The food is so fresh and so delicious, i’m already craving it again. We got the nachos platterfor an appetizer, and holy- is was so good, honestly it could be a meal for one(pictured below). Highkey forgot what the name ofthe dish i ordered is, but it’s definitely Fajitas and they were definitely extremely good (pictured below). Last time i got aburrito and my friend got one this time (pictured as well), it was phenomenal. 10/10 will be coming again, still my favoritespot for mexican cuisine in Georgetown! Read more
Half empty restaurants on Friday night will remain half empty Forever on the weekends simply because first half a second of... interaction with the host was less than Pleasant. He practically barked at me telling me that the only place I could sit down isnear the window and although there were plenty of other Empty Tables he said that they were reserved for large party. If I could say zero stars I sure would. I thought the food was Horrible....I LOVE tacos, chips and salsa, all of it was trash.... My sister and brother in law enjoyed it (they didn't eat all day so any food would be good to them). I had to send my food back. My brother asked for a side of lettuce, they gave him lettuce that came with his meal with sour cream on top so he sent itback they gave him the lettuce in the picture. When we received the bill they charged an additional 3$ for it. My brother askedwhy they charged him for their error. The server wasn't trying to hear it. After a few civil words back and forth the waitershewed us away to leave. Not to mention race but we are black. He said he would call the police we said call them because wewere right. He tried to take the plates as he was saying he would call the police, we we're like no we will keep our plate sothe police can see what the situation is.. he continued to try and grab the plate, my brother moved it from his reach. Then theserve said to just pay the bill minus 3$. We asked for a updated bill and he would not give us one. We just paid cash minus 3$and we left. Too much drama for bad food and serve. This review is solely based on the Al Pastor tacos and margarita. Came for the first time during happy hour and ordered those... two to try.
