It was McDonald's. The place was so busy that it was a little messy. One bathroom was locked, but not broken and no one had time... to investigate why. Bathroom line was close to out the door for customers because only one bathroom one stall. DC for you! Read more
The place is kind of nice inside except for the bathrooms were a little messy. The $4 price for a small pretzel mcflurry is a... little high and trying to charge $1 for a cup of water is crazy. They don't even have any napkins or utensils put out forcustomers anyway. The mcflurry only has toppings at the top layer, after that it's just plain vanilla ice cream.. Read more
This is one of the better McDonalds in DC. It is equipped with a generally clean restroom and the staff have always been... friendly. Wha a lie. When you are ordering a cheeseburger and see not even a whole piece of cheese. How would I know. The information in... the menu does not correspond what is in the sandwich. This McDonald's is incredibly short staffed. The workers have attempted to explain that this McDonald's has a new owner and that... he is changing many traditional McDonald's customary business practices, such as not offering refills on the drinks. The lackof staff has created a very unfriendly service environment. Don't come to this McDonald's and expect any, and I mean anycustomer service. The staff is argumentative, very defensive and aggressive. The only benefit this McDonald's offers is thelocation. I recommend to stay away if you want or expect even the bare minimum of service.
