Bartenders are quite nice and accommodating for folks coming off the tow path. Love the old school ambience. Outdoor space a... bit loud with the freeway but still a wonderful river and park view. Good classic bar eats. An institution. Read more
Friendly, pub-like atmosphere with hearty fare. Generous portions. The servers were not particularly friendly but were fast,... experienced and very good. One burger was undercooked, and the staff dealt with it quickly and professionally. Read more

I visited Mr. Smith's as part of a group which prepaid and pre-selected meals, so my experience may be unique. However, I didn't... like the food. It wasn't hot and it wasn't that good. I had chicken marsala with rice and broccoli. The sides were edible butnot very tasty. I picked at the chicken but I didn't eat it. My colleague asked for a drink menu but the server just kept askingwhat she wanted to drink. No menu was ever given. The dessert was good. I don't know if this was because we were in a largegroup, but I wouldn't go back even as an individual. Read more

Ordered the half rack of ribs w/shrimp entree and it was beyond appetizing! Plate came in sizzling too. Food was on point. There... were other things on the menu I wanted to try but narrowed it down to this. Worth checking out again!. Read more
Mr Smiths has great interior and old world tavern feel to it with plenty of TVs for watching sports. The service here was great... and very attentive. The menu had plenty of options for all ages. I ordered the steak and cheese with fries. The flavor on thesandwich was really good and the cheese was nice and melted. The fries were really well done and came out nice and hot. I hadwished the roll on the sandwich was a bit more sturdy. All in all it was a great experience in Georgetown and Mr Smiths was partof that. Read more
