This was my favorite Panera bread, I ate here numerous times and almost all my orders, if not all of them were in order and very... accurate. This was extremely rare especially if I kept going to the same place over and over again. Here, I didn't noticeanything odd, the staff worked extremely hard to ensure this place was sparkling clean and very organized. I loved every bit ofmy second spent here, I would walk 24 miles to get here(to and fro) but it was always worth the walk. My favorite staff used todress so descently that I would enjoy just being served by her. She would wear her mask at all times, cleaned almost perfectlyand was very friendly. I just loved eating and hanging here. I never used to have an address if u may get the idea but thisplace-I spent my time here on average 2-3hours each time I visited this restaurant. I will say the manager here was blessedbecause not a single time, I had or needed to complain to him about anything. Everything was in order-i was so happy to see himbecause I had seen on the picture before and had a chance to meet him(awesome person). This is my alltime favorite since no onegave me a hard time. If u have to use the bathroom remember to get the door code to open. The bathrooms are sparkling cleanhere. They also used also help many homeless people in letting them use the bathroom and that touched my heart because mostrestaurants do not do that as much. Me being homeless I could relate easily but no one knew that I was homeless here because Ididn't look like one at all.I love sodas but I loved the fact that they do not serve charged juices which is pretty healthy. Allin all, I HIGHLY recommend this Panera restaurant location to anyone looking for good food served by amazing people at an amzingplace. Very few seats. We got a seat, but we was lucky I guess. The food tasted good and service were good. They have a good number of... self-order kiosks, which I prefer. Got everything served in to-go which generates a lot of extra rubbish. Read more

I?m staying near this Panera and been there 3 times. Their new Baja Chicken Bowl is great! The order process inside is easy... with the new kiosks. They always got my order perfect and the employees are always super nice saying ?hello? each time I walkin the door. Read more

True to form, Panera takes care of its patrons. I mentioned my soup was not filled to the brim, as I expected it to be for... dining in, and immediately, without any kind of comment or fuss, they went to serve me another small cup that was filled to asatisfactory level. The staff were attentive and inquired to all if there was anything they could do to help their experienceto be better.(Even those individuals who looked like they didnt necessarily belong there anymore...staff was courteous, andprofessional) The points reward program has its benefits. And I love how it works nationally. I think the program could gofurther in rewarding those customers who visit and are not from the area or even the region. I love Panera so much. This branch is fine. It?s clean and the staff are friendly. I always always get a Mango Smoothie... which I love, except now Panera use the paper straws, it doesn?t taste quite the same. But good service at this location. Read more
