Coffee was decent but staff needs to work on customer service!! Very rude to another customer stating that even though her... coffee was incorrect it was close enough to what she ordered. I visited this cafe for the first time today. I am Japanese and my English is not good, but I was very happy to be served kindly... by the smiling waitress. I ordered a cafe mocha and a cafe latte, both of which were delicious. Very friendly and nice place,will definitely visit again! Read more

Very creative baristas and wonderful customer service. Even when short staffed they?re always very prompt and professional. They... always have fresh pastries and a wide selection of sandwiches. Love Peet's Coffee! The coffee in general is excellent, way better than Starbucks. Service was quick, exactly what I ordered. ... If you need to use the bathroom just ask an employee for the code, no problem with that. As of now because of DC and the rulesthey have masks are still required to enter.
