Terrible service, not great food, bland soup, and we really love most PotBellys! Coffee shake was a ?special?, was poorly... made. First time we ever had a ?warm? watery milkshake. When I took it to the counter to tell them something was wrong, I wastold essentially that it was my fault ?You mean it?s not thick enough? and ?the machine makes it that way?, I was never offereda redo, just a blank stare. Delicious warms sandwiches on a chilly day. Good service and plenty of seating. One complaint is how far out of the way it is... for walking around dc. You might see it on Google maps as we did and think you can stop in, but it is nestled back intoapartments/retail. If you are walking dc recommend just sticking with a closer food truck. So sad, it happened a couple of times to me! I used their mobile app to place the order. When I got there, standing for 20... minutes around ?Mobile pick up? area, no one came to help. What even worse, they hadn?t make the food, so totally 40 minutesafter I placed the order, they gave it to me without any words. Like you deserve to wait for that much time. I just wrapped up two days worth of meetings. We ordered online from Potbelly both days. And I'm talking big orders, upwards of... 20 people. Everything came almost as ordered. Day one we were missing milkshakes and day two a soda. Within minutes tho I hadthe missing items. Every one of my people said how good the food was and how easy it was to get the food to our office. And itshowed up within the time window. I want to say thank you to everyone in this location for being awesome every day.
