Not very good vibes this afternoon in this shop! The cashier was somewhat aggressive, and I could see the frown through his... mask?.. I happened to be picking up a delivery and it disappointed me because I have so many friends who work for this brand whoare very passionate about the Culture here!?.. after going back and forth with him for about a minute about if I actually knew?district managers? who work for the brand? I just grabbed the bag and left? I was visiting from out of town and options were limited because of the virus. I tried this place. I got a skinny turkey and... Swiss with a pickle. I'm not expecting red carpet treatment, but the guy who took my order was not polite or welcoming. He alsoforgot my pickle. Maybe he's better suited in the kitchen of a McDonald's flipping burgers rather than being involved withcustomers? The girl who made my sandwich was nice and polite. I've been to this location 3 times and have had the same experience each time. The sandwiches are good but the staff here is... horrible. Each time I've been here, the cashier has not talked to me and has barely made eye contact. After I pay he pretty muchthrows a receipt at me and a bag so I can bag my sandwich and drink myself. Each time I've been there, the cashier and otherstaff members are literally yelling in the store at each other having a conversation and laughing. It is truly amazing how rudethe staff is here. Not as good as the potbelly at the Cleveland Airport but it's alright. Staff was friendly and well organized even though 2 women... who clearly mismanaged their time were rude and very disrespectful because they were going to miss their train. In response toPotbelly it was NOT the STAFF that was abusive or RUDE It was 2 CUSTOMERS cursing at the staff . The staff did not respondnegative in any way. The 2 CUSTOMERS were so RUDE they cut in front of me and the customer in front of me squawking how theywere in a hurry and going to miss their train . Great place! The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and had a great selection of food. Their sandwiches are... delicious!! The decor is an added benefit, though there's not much time to appreciate it since the short line moves really fast.Finally, the prices were great; a 9-inch pizza sandwiche sub and malt milkshake together cost 12.50 including tax! The staff here is incredible. So I have ordered through the Potbelly app and there have been SO many issues with delivery. I... know it?s not their fault at all and it?s DoorDash or the system. But when I call and let them know I didn?t get my order or itgot canceled, they take the time to correct it and even will come to deliver it themselves to make sure I get my order. That isTRUE Customer Satisfaction. I appreciate it SO SO much. When I do come on site as well to the store, they are so kind andfriendly. While I have complaints of their app and 3rd Party Delivery Partners, the staff here NEVER disappoints. Read more
