Can not recommend this Pret enough. For $19.99/month, you can subscribe to Pret?s Unlimited Coffee Plan so I am in here a LOT.... Yvonne and Rudi particularly are the absolute sweetest people. I went to purchase a breakfast sandwich, but the cashier rang it up at fifty cents more the the sign said. When I mentioned this... she said her price was correct. We went over to where the price sign was; she looked at the back and said it was an old sign,then removed both that sign and another. She said she would not sell it to me at the advertised price. That is deceptive. Whoknows how many people are distracted and not paying attention to them charging a higher price than what is prominentlydisplayed. Thankfully, since there are many other eating options in Union Station, I got my food elsewhere. If you patronizethis place, be sure to watch that they don't overcharge you because the staff don't seem to understand the concept of falseadvertising. Read more

The guy seemed a manager - i went around the line to see if they have more delicious mouth watering choc chip cookies. He... explained affirmatively and told me that more are other place .I went back to the line. When it was my turn, he instantly askedif I wanted one or two. He remembered me . The food appears to be very fresh, they have a good selection,. but it is not cheap.. there is limited seating as most of the... places here in union station have.. The workers are courteous and they do a good job of getting you through the line as quicklyas possible.... I love this restaurant. The service is great, the keep things clean. The coffee is organic. The food is healthy and... delicious..and the donate what is left over at the end of the day. I come here several times a week either for breakfast or lunch. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty. You never feel like you... got some stale food or leftovers. Their egg and bacon is always delicous. Their egg salad sandwich is also very good and alltheir eggs are free range. For lunch the salads are freshly made and offer a wide range of options. If you want a quick bitethat is healthy and of high quality, this is a great stop. Read more
