For the first time ever in Starbucks I encountered such a terrible service! The lady who worked there 11/15 at around 5:30pm... could be nominated for the ?meanest barista of the year? award. She got my order wrong 3 times, never apologized, rolled hereyes, refused to call the manager etc. She wasn?t wearing a mask either. Seriously, I?m charged $7 for a drink and get treatedthis way?! We were so happy to have spotted this Starbucks on our way the the mall area in DC. It was about 30* so coffee & coco were the... perfect fit. They were in the mist of doing a floorset change but they still handled the busy spurt quite well. Read more
Don't ever go to this location-- barista was super racist, pretend she didn't understand what I ordered. Yes I may have accent... but I had no problem order the same drink in any other Starbucks in many locations. Also I ordered a venti green tea lemonadebut it's not even full.
