They were out of the strawberry acaí refresher so they told me I could have the berry one or the lime one instead. I said berry... with light ice, they made it with extra ice and the very last of the berries, which was tiny pieces. I didn't even get one fullberry. I asked if it was mine or not because it was heavy ice and had so few berries it was hardly even tinted, when generallythey are dark purple. The woman at the espresso bar was very condescending and said "yes, take it and go!" I've used thisStarbucks 5 times in the past 3 days (since I'm traveling with a group of high schoolers and we weren't supposed to leave thehotel on our own) and each time the staff has been curt, made the drinks in sub par ways, and looked extremely unhappy.
