We went to eat here, the staff were hostile and all the seats were dirty and nobody cared to clean.

The owner (the only employee) is incredibly rude and yells at customers when he got something wrong with the order. Recently I... went there (I am a repeat customer) and he didn't ask if my partner wanted cheese. When we politely corrected this error hestarted yelling saying that he asked. He didn't ask. He also said that he is the owner and implied he can do as he wishes, eventhough this is still a Subway. Never going back here again. Read more

Worst service I've ever received. The guy literally lost his cool and started screaming at me because I had headphones on.... (Despite me not having any music on). He needs to be retrained. Only come here if dire. Read more

I am their regular customer only because I love sweet onion teriyaki sauce. But the lady who works were so rude with that I am... not going there nomore. I asked for that sauce which she didn't provide properly and on top of that she charged me for extracheese which I didn't took and she throw away the receipt after I pay for it so that she can hide this. This type of attitude isnot acceptable from the Subway frenchise. PLEASE SUBWAY investigate this store. Read more

My quest for a DC Subway that is not managed with neolithic incompetence continues. Not once, but TWICE, inside of 5 days did I... pay for a fountain Coke through the APP only to find that the fountain Coke was GONE when I arrived. This is not the onlyinventory problem you find at DC area subways, no, not at all. Often times you order a sauce that they do not have in stock,so you get nothing. This is absolutely a MANAGEMENT problem, chronic in DC, there is a person out there, getting paid the bigbucks, and FUNDAMENTALLY FAILING at the most BASIC responsibilities of a Subway management. How do you run out of Coke at aSubway? How can you be so bad at your job, that the Coke runs out and is not replenished for a WEEK? Could they not borrowfrom another store while they wait for an order after their apparent and mistaken illusion that coke never runs out so you don'tneed to check supplies? You cannot claim to be a "Manager" while you constantly set your front-end workers up for failure. These problem at DC subways are NOT the fault of the frontline worker. The problem is 100% management, I have never managed afast food store, however, I am very confident that I could take a 17 years old and train them for a month to do a better jobthan the person responsible for inventory and store management at DC area Subways. You make the bucks dude, get off your tailand WORK like the rest of these folks are. Read more

This subway is managed well. One time, I just went into this store to ask for a lot of stuff for me and my girl... this store... location went beyond the standards of customer service. I hope we can bring more joy into this very efficient and healthyfranchise chain! Read more

The simplest things made difficult. The wrap I got was a mess, and cheese was placed in the wrap after being toasted. I asked... for sauces on the side and for whatever reason the employee felt like putting next to none of the actual sauce within thecontainers, almost like samples. The food got cold to the point where I had to reheat my food after a short two minute walk backto my place. It may seem like a lot of nitpicks but I?ve been to enough Subways to know that it?s not a very difficult processto get right. Awful service. Read more
