I've been here several times and the service is always poor. On many occasions I've entered to find all the staff in the back... and have had to wait several minutes for someone to even come out. They also seem understaffed and only help one customer at atime, so you better hope that the person in front of you isnt ordering a lot. And don't bother trying to go after 5. They startgetting into shutdown mode for when they close at 8. I've been there at 7 and the man behind the counter told me they were outof bread. It's okay in a pinch, just don't expect much. This Subway is on School street between 4th and L'Enfant metro station. The place is really small, just 4-5 tables to sit. The... food is OK although if you want better choices L'Enfant is 5 min away. Also at lunch time the waiting could be 15 min. Overallit's one of better choices for carry out in the area. Read more
went to this subway with my family yesterday and the staff were very rude. they also didnt speak english. bread wasnt cooked all... the way. ham was not applied correctly either. this restaurant needs shut down quicker than it opened! if i had a choice toleave a zero star review, i would! Read more

Won't believe what i saw - A staff member came out of the restroom without washing hands!! Then I saw the same person at the... cashier touching my sandwich and tissues!! Disgusting and Unbelievable. Also, none of their staff speaks English and areprobably illegals. Sounds like a cheap owner to me. Now I get subway from another location inside L'enfant plaza or 4th streetand highly recommend any of those over this one any day! Read more
Service slow and not real friendly. BUT the price was right. Food was average for a Subway.
