The temptation of living down the street from Taco Bell overcomes me more often than I'd care to admit. Generally good quality,... though they never seem to have soda. I don't drink the stuff, but for those that do, seek to quench your thirst at your ownrisk. Read more

The workers here treat you like family. Sometimes you can feel the hustle and bustle, but the customer service is always great.... The food is Taco Bell food. Shoutout to Layton who made sure to take of us on a busy Saturday night. Love this place. Read more

Don't bother ordering in the restaurant. Orders in store are behind all future to go orders (i.e. Uber eats, door dash) so... you'll likely wait at least an hour, even at non-peak times. Do yourself a favor and order pick up on your favorite delivery appinstead. I typically just end up asking for a refund and my food comes out much more quickly. Read more

Nothing short than hell. Crooked, disrespectful cashier, incompetent cooks and a security guy who appears to be ruling a prison... yard. This place is tiny, staff knows nothing about providing decent service and It is noisy as heck with an overall unpleasantatmosphere. Read more

Via mobile app, I ordered the crunchwrap supreme and it was more like the dudwrap of disappointment. No crunchy tortilla in the... middle. Just another whopping tortilla and little protein. Many sodas were out too. I waited 30 minutes for my food. The culpritwas UberEats. It slows ordering down and pushed my order 30 minutes from the point when it said ?it was ready?. ????They wereswamped but can you at least make it right? I was not impressed. I can handle a little waiting but not when you can?t make itproperly. Not coming back here again. They?re a wrecking ball. Change your staff to who will and can pick up the pace. Read more

It is the most unpleasant restaurant in the area guaranteed. The cashier who took my money last night to pay for my order was... hoping I wouldn?t ask for the receipt, but I did and it had the wrong amount there with over 40 bucks change when I paid with a20. The security person is incredibly unprepared to do this job and rules the place prison style, offending people andthreatening to throw people out of the store for no reason. After my order came out riggt for the second time I demanded mymoney back. Don?t go there. It is terrible. Read more

By far the smallest cantina I've ever seen. I thought the Cleveland cantina was small until I stepped foot in here. The... restaurant was super cold (probably to go along with the employees attitudes) The food is taco bell quality. Nothing to writehome about. The real star of the show was the employee yelling at customers for standing near the register waiting on theirorders "I'm trying to do my da** job and all of you are in my way meeting it impossible jeez" Entirely unprofessional, as I haveworked at taco bell for 4 years before leaving The icing on the cake was that we were told our 30 minute dining experience wasup" and told to leave because we were being watched and going to be arrested for soliciting, even though there is NOT ONE signanywhere stating dining time is only 30 minutes. Hopefully I will not have to return to this specific cantina. Edit to add: thevery rude employes name was Alexis Read more

Order For Three I went in ordered on the kiosk and the kiosk malfunctioned. I went to the cashier she was a nice girl I don't... remember her name. After the kiosk I paid for my food with the same girl at the old fashioned fast food checkout counter. Thefood took a bit long because the place was packed .. 3 maybe 4 employees were on duty but the place was a mess. I gave them apass because it was busy but maybe they need an extra hand for Covid- safety precautions and just some regular business houroperational flow.i asked to dine-in and they gave me a takeout order. The food was delicious and again not to my surprise theygot my order wrong like most places... I upgraded my normal menu item of rice and beans to a supreme and they added the sourcream but forgot to add the tomatoes.????????? I expressed my missing menu item to the same cashier because she was the only oneon duty as cashier at that time with 30 guest in the building and she still got my tomatoes for me really fast. Overall I cansay my experience was decent but when do you guys get people's orders right??? Read more
