The empanada taste was just ok. They do not sell individual empanadas, but do offer two small empanadas with a side salad in a... takeaway container for $15 each... which was kind of funny because people typically do not order salad with an empanada. Twoempanada lunch containers cost $30 without beverages. (please don't tell my Spanish family) :- oThese were easily the mostexpensive empanadas I've ever purchased. I went in knowing it would be expensive, but didn't expect how expensive it was. This is not to say the Mollete i received... wasn't good. The bread is light, the limited toppings help the individual and subtle flavors stand out. They use qualityingredients and take their time with food prep. Quality has really gone down and the prices are steep. I could justify eating here in the past because of the authenticity and... quality of the ingredients, but the molettes are not what they used to be. The sobrasada con miel sandwich tasted spoiled andwas doused with an unreasonable amount of honey, making it extremely unenjoyable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this spot. Read more
