Let's be honest it's ???? ????. We order 2 crunchy taco supremes and received 0 we order 2 crunchy regular taco got 4. By the... time we drove the mile down the road to eat the tacos the bottoms were all soggy and had fallen apart. The cinnamon twist weorder were spot on. I mean, this Taco Bell goes through some real ups and downs. You can have a 6 month period of just straight up excellent service... and product and followed by 6 months of horrific service and food. I mean I know its Halloween month and all, but this isterrible. Staff "xxxx she has a complaint" to call manager over. I mean, I wasn't really complain, just came in from drivethrough to get my order changed to the correct order of what I asked for and paid for and was on my receipt. Maybe too much toask, but felt ok to me to ask for what I wanted. Guy comes over and says "what's wrong.. just tell me what you want so I can fixit" sheesh. No bed side manner. but ok. straight to business. But then what they gave me was quite possible worse than what Iordered. So this was the second time in 2 days that my Mexican pizza was wrong (yes I know who goes to TB 2 days in a row, I gota 14 year old boy) and amongst other things in order that were wrong, I wanted this right. But I guess we will go back on a 6month off of Taco Bell and check back in later see if new staff and food is right later. Sad. Taco Hell...I thought this was supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Last night around 8 pm I stopped by to get a quesadilla.... It took 25 minutes to get my order. They were not busy at all. There was no one waiting in line to order, a few people waitingfor their order and a few cars in the drive thru. One woman who came in 5 minutes after me got her order before me. Dining area is usually disgustingly dirty! So bad, that my wife refuses to eat there. Managers & employees just don't care --... even when you point things out to them. As much as they've raised their prices over the past year I would at least expect toeat my $3 taco in a clean dining area!! Read more
Keep driving! This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would. Long wait in dining room with... terrible customer service. 45 minutes and still waiting for "fast food" we are demanding a refund. Save yourself the frustrationand disappointed kids...keep driving! Staff was friendly but screwed up my order I had a Baja zero a steak power bowl and a Doritos taco supreme and I received a bean... burrito and 3 soft tacos and cheese dip. I understand mistakes happen but I tried calling but no one answers so I?ve had toresort to google reviews to try and get my order fixed. Going to try again tomorrow hopefully I?ll get this resolved.
