I have never had my drink messed up here! The Dunkins near where I live often oops some things (always forgivable and they?re... always great at fixing it), but this one has never ever messed up my order, and they just handed me the prettiest pumpkin creamcold brew with like cinnamon or whatever on top, and it?s really making an awful day so much better. This location has gotten so bad over the past few months. It used to be a longer wait but they were always friendly and got the... orders right so it was worth it. Now every time me or my family have tried to go the order is completely wrong, the main guyworking is sooo rude, and it tastes bad. I wouldn?t bother wasting your money. Read more
One of the most confusing Dunkin's in the area. My mom has lost so much money from this place because of their horrible service... and uses of the app. They regularly don't accept mobile orders, and when they do, they remove half the menu so you can't orderpractically anything. Half the time they claim they don't have an espresso machine, or say they're out of basically everyingredient in the drink you ordered. Last time I wanted to pick up inside from a mobile order, the door was locked. The drivethrough line was so chaotic and backed up into the street that I never got my order and wasted my money. For the love of Godjust skip this place and go to the nearest Wawa. It'll save you time and money. Read more
I'm so excited for wawa to come. I had some lady who didn't speak English wave the coffee with the ice chattering in the cup at... me. The bagel looks like it was set on fire. When you are charging 5 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese it better be the bestbagel in the area. Not one you pulled out of a trash can and set on fire. Read more
This is a great Dunkin with lots of hard-working and friendly staff. The drive-through line can be a disaster area during peak... though, it's not very well situated for that, traffic can line up down the street! Try to approach it from the same side it'son, because turning left into the drive through across traffic with that long line the other way is very hard. But if you letsomeone trying to do that go in, often they will buy your coffee :-) Be kind, do good things. Read more
I understand mistakes can be made, but my order was for an iced coffee with hazelnut, and it's right on the order slip. But... instead I recieved a plain hot coffee with no hazelnut. They also gave me a straw to go with it. Just completely baffled as tohow that even happens. Read more
I ordered a croissant sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese. The croissant was so burned I couldn't chew through it. My... daughter ordered a Turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffin and it was so dried out, it was tasteless. We were already back on theroad, so we went without breakfast. The expresso machine was down, so we had reach had a medium regular coffee. Verydisappointed. Read more
