Ordered a ice cream cake for my birthday. The cake was very pretty and pricing was very reasonable. I ordered a vanilla ice... cream cake with chocolate crunch and peanut butter cups. Needless to say When went to cut the cake the peanut butter cups werenot there and I also Paid for that which was extra. Also the chocolate crunch could have been put all the way through the cake,it was just in the middle. Really ruined my first time cake experience trying this place. My family and I go here a few times during summer. We just stopped in and were completely ignored by a young girl who we found... out worked there only after waiting and looking around seeing no one else except her sitting at the bartop, and the store phonerang and she answered. Then kept talking while my wife and I decided to leave at this point. We went to Zanette's and had a muchbetter experience! Emily's you're better than this. If I could give less than 1 star I would. My family and I just left your shop and would like to let you the young lady you have working by herself is an asset to your... team. This young lady was by herself and with a full shop for over 4 hours. I know times are tough with staffing but you shouldalways be prepared for situations like this and make sure your staffed properly. She did everything with a smile (yetoverwhelmed) on her face and we all supported her as best as we could. I hope she keeps the tips all to herself because shedeserves every penny. SHE gets 5 stars. Great local ice cream shop! We went in for the pup cup for Izzy and the vegan options for me. We will definitely return! Izzy... absolutely loved his pup cup and the vegan ice cream was delicious. For those of you who prefer vegan options, they havevanilla, raspberry swirl, mint chocolate chip, and coffee. They are made with coconut milk ???? I'm not sure if the flavorschange weekly for those but even if they don't, they're still delicious! Read more
I went there because they advertise vegan options. They had two ice cream flavors (hey, they're options). I got a shake for... myself and one of the options for the Mrs. The shake was decent. I'll have to go back to try something else. But, for now, I'lljust sip away... Read more
