Good food. Slow service. Not enough help like every other food outlet. No one wants to work.
I am not one to write bad reviews, and I hate that my name is showing up on here but I need to make sure no one else gets as... sick as me. I went there last night. Staff was alright. They got me my food fast. I ate a beef and cheddar sandwich with curlyfries from the Nebraska City Arby?s last night around 10 PM and went to bed as usual. I wake up at 7 AM with the worst sicknessI?ve ever had. Every symptom of food poisoning. I won?t get into details, because it?s disgusting. If you are thinking of goingto this location today, DON?T!!! I have been miserable all day. Finally, I called the arbys to let them know what I?ve beenexperiencing and she told me I couldn?t get it from them because it takes 24 hours to get food poisoning after you eat it. TheCDC says it takes 6-24 hours and it definitely happened after 6 hours. I?m no medical expert but I?m 99% sure it is from thisArby?s and I want to keep everyone safe from eating it! Read more

Me and my grandmother did drive thru and we are not happy. Our soda wasn't even soda, our french fries were ice cold, and... because they didn't end up listing what was on the food, I ended up starting to get an allergic reaction to my sandwich.Overall, we did not have a good experience. Read more

Staff very friendly, some how they even got the chocolate. Shake problem fixed!! General manager came down and turned the... chocolate syrup down so low i thought it was vanilla!! You really need to have the beer batter fish sandwiches all the time!! Read more
So fast and so good. They have the Meats and the Roast Beef and Rubem sandwich are among my favorites. And I couldn't believe... with 8 cars in the drive thru I got in and out in less then 10 min. Awesome. Read more
