We stopped at this Taco Bell on the way back to Topeka from Omaha. We ordered a party pack of 12 tacos. It rang up on the... register $3 more than the menu price. The manager fixed the issue and gave us an order of Cinnabons for the trouble. Greatlocation and great employees! Read more
I don't know what happened and it hurts to give a Taco Bell a one start review. Both soda machines were low on syrup so... everything tasted like seltzer water. The only thing that saved it was they accidentally made a Baja Blast Freeze because I hadto remind them that I ordered drinks. You can see how clear the soda is in the photo. I hoped the food would save it but nope.The Mexican pizza was bland. Like eating cardboard, bland. The truff fries were god awful. I made it two bites and tossed therest. I didn't leave a review the last time I was here but it got so much worse. Previously I had to remind them of the drinkslike this time but at least the smashed Mexican pizza had flavor. This place needs a revamp or to change ownership. Someone isnot caring about this place and it shows. Read more
The taco bell in Nebraska city should be burned to the ground and the staff should be hospitalized for severe mental illness as... they think it's acceptable behavior to have a good Ole time giggling in the kitchen not preparing the food for a full lobby thathas ordered their food 35min. I just went to taco bell and it seems to me the lady at the window doesn't like her job. She didn't even look at me l. And... grabbed my card out of my hand. This is the second time in a row something happened here. Last week I wanted two bean Burritosand it took 20 minutes to make. And when I opened the bag they were Still like they were sitting out for a long time. Read more

There was no cashier, only kiosks, which were slow and clunky. You could not continue check out if you did not select flavor of... fountain drink..even if you are dining in. And two people in a row had to ask for their cup anyway. If you want a receipt youhave to forfeit your email or phone number, no other option. Service took an extended amount of time and the crunchy Supremetacos were stale and chewy. I would be hard pressed to choose taco bell again. Read more
