My wife and I ate supper at Crosscut Pizza on Sunday October 23, 2022. It was a bit busy and we had a short wait which was no... problem because they have a great bar in the back. We have eaten at Crosscut a lot of time and have always had a greatexperience. The customer service is excellent and their pizza and beer even better. We love this place! The bar has a wideselection of local beer and wine. I?ve never had the wine therefore, I can?t comment on it but the beer selection is topnotch! We ate inside and the place is decorated very nicely with paintings by local artist. Crosscut has a very cool authenticvibe. I think you are going to like it! The bathrooms are clean and there is additional seating outside for warm days. Theviews are incredible! Everything we?ve eaten has been great, no complaints at all. My favorite combination is the Margheritapizza with the arugula salad. Ask your server to bring the salad out with the pizza then dump the salad on top of the pizza andenjoy!!! Parking is free and not a problem. You can park on the street or in the lot behind the Visitor?s center. Stop in fora beer and pizza, I?m sure you will have a great experience! Read more
Easily some of the best pizza I have ever had. Order the pizza immediately as it takes about 40 minutes but the drinks and... appetizers arrive in about 40 seconds so no big deal. I am not a beer drinker but the Raspberry Wheat Ale was great and thePumpkin Cider was probably the best cider I have ever tasted. Overall we drove an hour to come to Nederland and will make thetrip again just to come to Crosscut. Read more

Crosscut slings some of the best (if not THE best) pizzas in Colorado! Amazing pizza that comes straight out of the wood-fired... oven hot to your table. Perfect crust, fun combinations of delicious toppings, great sauce. They absolutely kill it here. Greatselection of beers on tap and solid wine list. Dog friendly and plenty of outdoor seating. Whatever recipe they use, it?s addictive! Best pizza outside of Italy, IMO. Perfect crust every single time. Solid vegan... options, which makes me go back again and again. Holy moly, talk about an amazing pizza pie! Me and my hiking buddies stumbled upon this joint after hiking and being starving.... All it took was driving by this place, and smelling the fresh, stone baked pizza smell floating out of the open windows. We werehooked. The best pizza I?ve ever had in my life. We live in Boulder and frequently make the trip up because we love it so much. Usually... make a day trip of it and hike in the area and get pizza afterwards. They?re busy for a reason. They ferment the pizza dough forlike 4 days before using it? no other dough I?ve ever had even comes close to comparing. We love the special cheese.
